Troubleshooting

Inbound calls

When the PBX answers calls with 407 Proxy Authentication Required it usually means that you have source identification issues. That means the PBX cannot match the incoming call to a trunk.

To solve this, configure your Trunk DIDs with the following format:

Trunk DIDs

* + national format without zero

The "star" symbol transforms *912087500 to 0912087500 (national) or 0041912087500 (international) or +41912087500 (E.164)
